Hannah was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in August 2014 and has led our Family Disputes team since July 2019. She has argued at all levels of the Singapore courts and is known for clear strategy, steady and empathetic counsel, and results-focused advocacy.
Clients value Hannah’s balanced approach – settlement-minded where possible, and unflinching when it counts. As a Family Therapeutic Justice certified lawyer, Hannah prioritises amicable resolution in matters of divorce, maintenance, and custody and care arrangements, as reflected in the vast majority of her cases. Where litigation is necessary, she guides clients through the process and advocates decisively to secure the best available outcome.
Beyond family work, Hannah acts in corporate and commercial disputes, personal injury disputes, and investigations work. She also advises on trade mark registrations, Mental Capacity Act applications, probate matters, wills, and commercial contracts.
Once an avid footballer who regularly played midfield for the Law Society women’s team, Hannah now takes pride in juggling lawyering and mothering, and is hopeful about returning to the sport in the near future.
She is also a volunteer on the panel of solicitors for the Legal Aid Bureau.
